Glückseligkeit: Ich schaltete meinen
Geist morgens auf Positiv und fokussierte die schönen und guten Dinge im Leben
um bereit zu sein, Positives zu empfangen! : )
I didn't have to do much to achieve bliss here at Castara Bliss (+1-868-352 5727): I switched my mind to positive in the morning and focused on the beautiful and good things in life to be ready to receive positive things! : )

In Castara fühlte ich mich äusserst wohl, wie in meiner hübschen Wohnung: klein
aber fein und ideal für 1 Person. Meine wunderschöne grosse Terrasse lud
geradezu zum Yoga und Arbeiten ein! : ) Das Moskitonetz hielt die meisten
Mücken von meinem Leib, so hatte ich eigentlich einen wunderbaren Schlaf... Nur
Donnerstag bis Samstag ist grosser Lärm und zwar bis tief in die Nacht... nicht
dass es eine Musik wäre, nein: etwa 5 durcheinander und zwar sehr laut! : ((
Wenn ich hier wohnen würde, hätte ich schon längst etwas unternommen - es kann
doch nicht sein, dass man drei Nächte in der Woche nicht schlafen kann!?
In Castara I felt extremely comfortable like in my lovely apartment: small but perfectly formed and ideal for one person. My beautiful, large terrace practically invited me to do yoga and work! : ) The mosquito net kept most of the mosquitoes away, so I actually had wonderful night’s sleep... Only Thursday to Saturday there is a lot of noise, and it lasts until late into the night... not that it's one music, no: about five of them all at once, and very loudly! : (( If I lived here, I would have done something against it long time ago - it cannot be that inhabitants accept this and are not able to sleep three nights a week!?

Ich ging
auf meine Joggingrunden, zum Strand von Big und Little Bay und zum Castara
Wasserfall. Bei einem Besuch im Wasserfall lernte ich Kemani kennen. Eigentlich
würde er arbeiten, aber etwas kam bei seinem Arbeitgeber dazwischen, so dass er
bis 20 Uhr in Castara festsass. Ich offerierte ihm bei mir zu warten und er
bedankte sich bei mir mit einem herrlichen Abendessen, das er kurzerhand aus
meinen wenigen Zutaten kochte. : )

I went
for my runs, to the beach of Big and Little Bay and to the Castara Waterfall.
During one of my visits to the waterfall, I met Kemani. He was supposed to be
working, but his employer had to change plans and so he was stuck in Castara
until 8 pm. I offered him to wait at my place and he thanked me with a
wonderful dinner, which he promptly cooked using my few ingredients. : )
